In order to keep the process as simple as possible for House Builders, Ibstock Kevington offer a take off and scheduling service from client drawings showing what specials are required, where and at what cost to the client.
Flexibility in packing requirements means products can be packed to suit the build programme, i.e. by plot, floor or building.
The cut and refacing service is a faster, more cost effective way of producing certain special shapes without the need for bonding.
The process is ideal for plinths and cants, etc, where the brick is cut to its finished shape before being refaced to match the original brick.
To achieve the desired finish a combination of resin, dyed to suit the body colour of the brick, together with sand taken from the original product are applied to recreate the original texture and colour.
