We are committed to the development of talented individuals so that we can continue to surpass our customers’ expectations. In line with this we have developed a comprehensive programme focussed on delivering world class skills and knowledge to our apprentices.
Each apprenticeship lasts for four years and combines residential study with on-the-job learning with an experienced mentor. On completion, each apprentice receives a BTEC Level 3 qualification and an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Engineering.
